Scrambled Egg Whites with Turmeric
- 6 tbsp Egg white powder
- 3 tbsp water
- 5 tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp of turmeric root powder
- Himalayan salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste (and to enhance the turmeric absorption)
- Chives as garnish (Optional)
In a small bowl, slowly whisk together the Egg White Powder, water, cream, salt, and pepper. On a skillet on medium heat, melt butter and add egg mixture. As egg cooks, stir it to keep it from sticking to the bottom, sprinkle on turmeric powder and take off heat once it reaches the desired consistency. Once plated, sprinkle some chives for additional flavor and color.
