These flax seed crackers take about 30 minutes to make and there is no need for any fancy equipment. For best results, whip up this delicious guacamole to go with your crackers or combine with your favorite dip or favorite cheese -- you’ll be glad you did!

Flax Seed Crackers

Ingredients:

  1. ¼ Cup of Flax Seeds
  2. ¼ Cup of Almonds
  3. ½ Tbsp of Nutritional Yeast
  4. ¼ Tsp of Himalayan Salt
  5. ¼ Tsp of Lemon Juice Powder
  6. ⅛ Tsp of Garlic Powder
  7. ⅛ Tsp of Clove Powder
  8. ⅛ Tsp of Cinnamon Powder
  9. ⅛ Tsp of Black Pepper Powder
  10. 40 ml of Water

Directions:

  1. Roast and grind flax seeds and almonds (separately).
  2. Mix flax seed powder, almond powder, and all powder (Ingredients 1-9) together in a bowl.
  3. Add water to the powder, make the dough and keep it at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough, make it into your favorite shape, and bake at 325-degree Fahrenheit for 20 mins.
  5. Remove from the oven, keep it cool and ready to eat with your favorite dipping sauce or eat alone.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Ripe Avocado
  2. 1 Tbsp of Onion Powder
  3. ⅛ Tsp of Garlic Powder
  4. Lemon Powder to Taste
  5. Himalayan Salt to Taste
  6. Chopped Fresh Onion, Tomatoes and Cilantro (Optional)

Directions:

  1. Chop and smash avocado in a bowl.
  2. Add all ingredients and mix well.
