Natural Peanut Butter And Strawberry Jelly Pizza

Peanut butter and jelly are a staple in most homes. Kids love the flavor and most parents are a huge fan of the high quality, wholesome ingredients. We think it’s really the perfect pair- they taste even better together!

This is why Alison @lifealittlebrighter1 came up with the idea for this fun “pizza” that can be enjoyed at lunch or for a yummy snack.

Peanut Butter Jelly Pizza is so simple to whip up - and the kids will be surprised to find a slice or two in their lunchbox.

Here’s what you need and how to make it...

Instructions

Spep 1: Bake thin crust pizza dough according to package instructions. Let cool.

Spep 2: Spread a thin layer of natural peanut butter on top.

Spep 3: Drizzle your homemade natural fruit spread in lines on top of the pizza.

Spep 4: Top with berries and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb of dried Adzuki beans soaked overnight in water and 1 tbsp of vinegar (The next day drain and clean the beans under running water. They are now ready to use)
  2. 1 cup of BBQ vegetable blend (See the recipe for the Masala and BBQ Sauce for Mixed Vegetables Step 2: BBQ Blend -- simply follow the directions that we used in the previous recipe to mix the BBQ Vegetable Blend -- it is exactly the same)
  3. 1 tbsp of chili seasoning powder
  4. 2 medium onions, small dice chop
  5. 2 tbsp turmeric
  6. 1 large or two small bay leaves
  7. 1 tbsp olive oil
  8. 5 cups of filtered water
  9. Salt and pepper to taste after cooking, approx. 1 ½  tsp each salt and pepper
  10. 1 tbsp honey, maple syrup or coconut sugar
