Yerba Mate Tea Green - Organic
Organic Yerba Mate Green Tea is a traditional South American beverage made from the leaves of a species of the holly tree, Ilex paraguariensis.
The drink is popular in countries such as Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, and Brazil and has been consumed for centuries by the region’s indigenous people.
Yerba Mate green tea is naturally caffeine-rich and a source of vitamins and minerals such as iron, manganese, zinc, and potassium.
It is traditionally prepared by steeping the dried leaves in hot water and consumed with a special cup and straw. This tea is known to be a popular pick-me-up beverage.
Yerba Mate green tea is also thought to have unique nourishing qualities.
