About Product
Organic Red Rooibos Tea, also known as red bush tea, is native to the western region of South Africa.
It was discovered by the Khoisan peoples of South Africa centuries ago.
The Khoisan used it for various medicinal purposes. In the early 1900s, it was commercialized by a South African farmer who named it “rooibos” - Afrikaans for “red bush.”
Rooibos tea is produced from the leaves of a shrub called Aspalathus linearis. It is naturally caffeine-free and has a unique sweet, earthy flavor. Its popularity has grown recently, and is now available in organic form.
