Several natural superfoods have shown potential benefits for breast health. Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli contain sulforaphane, which has demonstrated supportive effects (Halko & Horvathova, 2019, Neoplasma).

Flaxseeds are rich in lignans that may reduce uncontrolled cell proliferation (Chen et al., 2011, Journal of Nutrition). Green tea's epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) has anti-proliferative properties (Khan & Mukhtar, 2008, Cancer Letters), while turmeric's curcumin may inhibit the cell migration of cellular mutations (Bachmeier et al., 2007; Cellular et al.).
