  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Add all dry ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well.
  2. Add water little by little, mix the ingredients, and make a dough.
  3. Place the dough in plastic wrap and keep in refrigerator for half an hour.
  4. Take out the dough and roll out about 1/8 inch thick rectangular shape in between large parchment paper.
  5. Cut into square pieces, poke a small hole at a center of each piece with wooden skewer, and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  6. Remove onto cooling rack. Enjoy the crackers when they are cool down.

White Cheddar Cheese Tortilla Chips:

Ingredients:

  1. Soft Tortilla
  2. White Cheddar Cheese Powder
  3. Sour Cream Powder
  4. Himalayan Salt
  5. Black Pepper

Directions:

  1. Cut soft tortilla (or left over tortilla) in triangle pieces and sprinkle cheddar cheese powder, sour cream powder, Himalayan salt and black pepper (to taste).
  2. Bake at 350 degree F for 8-10 minutes or become crispy. Let it cool down on cooling rack.
  3. Enjoy your home made White Cheddar Cheese Tortilla Chips!

White Cheddar Cheese Dip:

Directions:

  1. In a sauce pan, add milk powder, butter powder, white cheddar cheese powder and water, and whisk well.
  2. Cook on medium heat until boil. Remove the pan from heat and let it cool down at room temperature.
  3. Add a little water or white cheddar cheese powder to make the dip thicker or lighter per desired consistency.
  4. Enjoy White Cheddar Cheese Dip with your favorite crackers or vegetables.
