I really like the positive results in my colon from the green banana powder. However, as I read in the information before purchasing it, it can lower blood sugar and I have a tendency to that anyway. I started with 1/2 tsp and it lowered my sugar so much I woke up around 4:00 am very hungry. I have tired just a sprinkling of it and wake up with a mild headache and slight nausea that takes a few hours to go away. I am going to keep working with it at different times of the day but as much as it is a quality product, it may not be for me. I am very glad the information on the blood sugar issue was on the web site.

This type of flour comes from very full green bananas so it has a slightly sweet taste to it which will be excellent for baking. I got it for making Jamaican banana dumplings which is boiled in soups or used in replacement of potatoes in savory dishes. It's a thick consistency so it will be great in my meal replacement smoothies as well. It's my first time using but it won't be my last; )
