Good product, but mix in something thick

As with all things I purchase from Z natural foods, the product quality is very good. The powder does not dissolve in liquid. My goal was to take it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning for appetite control. It does seem to help with that (a little), but it doesn’t dissolve in liquid. No matter what fluid I have tried, it doesn’t dissolve. It is gritty and has a smoky, somewhat unpleasant flavor. I attribute this to it being as close to its natural form as possible, which is one thing that I value about Znatural foods. If you are going to use this product, I would strongly recommend you mix it in a smoothie or yogurt to mask the gritty texture and flavor. I don’t want to scare anyone off, and I’m continuing to take this daily with plain water (I down it in a few gulps). If you want the benefits associated with this product and can mix it so that you can tolerate it, I recommend it. If you’re not accustomed to making a few taste sacrifices for health benefits, I’d think it over.
