Constituents of Instant Mashed Potato Powder may include:

Great product... easy to make, ready as soon as the water boils. Add your own butter, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic granules. If you don't have time to boil fresh potatoes, or are out... this will work great. Experiment using as a batter or to fry potato cakes / fritters.
