    iron rich

I purchased the Moringa powder on my doctor's recommendation as he said I needed more iron. So I purchased the Moringa to add to my daily green shake. I thought it would be like adding most green powders but I was a little taken aback. My GI issues really kicked in within 24 hours of taking the first dose. I made the mistake of putting in a level tablespoon instead of a level teaspoon and boy was I running to the bathroom within 8 hours. Please do a little research on the side effects of Moringa, it certainly is healthy and it is helping to keep my iron stores up but you may end up going a little more than before. The taste blends well with my other greens and bee pollen so no worries about the taste. I will continue to use as I do need the iron. The prices are always good at Z Natural so also a good buy.
