About Product

Orange juice powder is a dehydrated form of orange juice that has been around since the 1970s.

It is made by heating freshly squeezed orange juice to a temperature that evaporates the water, leaving behind a powdery concentrate.

The concentrate is then dried and ground into a fine powder.

Orange juice powder can be reconstituted with water to create a beverage similar to freshly squeezed orange juice without any hassles of squeezing or storing fresh juice.

It is a convenient way to enjoy the fresh-squeezed flavor of oranges without worrying about going bad. Orange juice powder is popular in commercial and home settings, as it is a convenient and shelf-stable way to enjoy orange juice.

Orange juice powder is also used as an ingredient in many recipes and a flavoring for various foods and drinks.

Constituents of orange include:
  • Minerals: Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Copper, Zinc, Manganese
  • Vitamins: Vitamin C, B-complex (no b12), Vitamin A, Beta Carotene, Beta Cryptoxanthin, Lutein, Zeaxanthin
  • Flavonols: Quercetin
  • Flavanones: Eriodictyol, Hesperetin, Naringenin

Suggested Use: Mix one tablespoon (12 g) with 4 oz of water to make juice, add it to your favorite smoothie, or flavor yogurt and other treats.

Mixing Suggestions: To increase flavor and nutritional profile, combined with our organic acerola and camu camu powders.

Weak Taste

NOT EXACTLY FRESH SQUEEZED

This juice is very refreshing. I seal mine in food storage pails with moisture absorbing packets. This is not your ordinary Tang.
