Ingredients:

  1. 2 Tsp of Organic Moringa Powder
  2. 2 Tsp of Organic Spinach Powder
  3. ½ Tsp of Organic Garlic Powder
  4. 1 Tbsp of Organic Lemon Juice Powder
  5. 1 Cup of Crushed Corn
  6. 1 Cup of Whole Corn
  7. 1 Tbsp of Butter
  8. 1 Small Shallot (Chopped)
  9. Himalayn Salt (To Taste)
  10. Organic Black Pepper (To taste)
  11. 3 Cup of Water
  12. ¼ Cup of Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)

Direction:

  1. In a small bowl, add moringa powder and spinach powder together, and make a paste with little water.
  2. Heat the pan on medium high, add butter and chopped shallot, saute until soft.
  3. Add garlic powder and chopped cilantro, saute for ½ minute.
  4. Add crushed corn, saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Add 3 cup of water, whole corn, lemon juice, salt and black pepper, and let it boil.
  6. Turn off the heat (when it starts boiling), add moringa and spinach paste, and mix well.
  7. Serve hot, Enjoy!!
