Description

This is a delicious, nutrient-rich salad dressing that can improve the taste and nutrient profile of almost any food!

Use as a tasty dip for veggies or pour on salads, you’ll be delighted by the sweet, rich aroma of the raspberry, honey and garlic, and you’ll be muscle building with the qualities brought by the whey protein.

  1. 2 tbsp Organic apple cider vinegar
  2. 5 tbsp organic grass fed whey concentrate
  3. 2 tsp  organic garlic powder
  4. 2 tsp organic onion powder
  5. 4 tbsp filtered water
  6. 1 tbsp organic raspberry powder
  7. 1 tsp raw, unfiltered honey
  8. 2 tbsp organic cold pressed grapeseed oil
  9. Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: In a bowl whisk together the first 7 ingredients, when it is thoroughly blended, slowly add the grape seed oil (Ingredient #8) while continuing to whisk.

This salad dressing is best served chilled and can stay fresh in the refrigerated for up to 4 weeks.

This is a very stable emulsion because of the small amount of sunflower lecithin in the whey, it will hold. Otherwise, nonetheless give it a shake or whisk before using again.
