Tongkat Ali Root Extract comes from the root of the Eurycoma longifolia tree, which is found in Southeast Asia and Indonesia.

It is believed to have been used since the 15th century in traditional Asian medicine to treat various ailments.

Tongkat extract contains many unique constituents, such as quassinoids, polyphenols, and plant sterols.

Suggested Use: Take 700 mg (approximately 1/4 teaspoon) daily with food.

I've used Tongkat Ali for a long time. I've been using some I got from you. It came with a little plastic spoon. I did use it 3 days a week when I worked out. I now use it every morning. I seem to have more energy when I use it.
I haven't used the package I was sent yet.because I use what I already had, It'll be all gone soon, in that the older package is getting very low. So I'll start using the new in a few days.
