Delicious oven-baked buffalo cauliflower bites!

 

They’re spicy and delicious, and they’re a great way to add some vegetables to your Sunday game day. This is an easy recipe with simple ingredients and will surely wow your friends!

We used our Z Natural Foods’ whole milk powder to give the cauliflower a nice creaminess while our buttermilk powder adds tanginess and tenderness.

You could also make your own homemade ranch using our sour cream powder and buttermilk powder.

Ingredients:

Crispy Cauliflower:

  1. 1 head of cauliflower
  2. ¾ cup all purpose flour
  3. ¼ cup whole milk powder
  4. ¼ cup buttermilk powder
  5. 1 tbsp organic onion powder
  6. ½ tbsp organic garlic powder
  7. 1 tsp organic ground paprika
  8. 1 tsp organic lime juice powder or fresh lime juice
  9. Fine Himalayan salt to taste
  10. Organic black pepper powder - to taste 
  11. ¾ cup water 

Buffalo Sauce:

  1. ¼ cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce
  2. 2 tbsp coconut oil
  3. 1 tbsp honey 

Homemade Ranch:

  1. ¼ cup sour cream powder
  2. ¼ cup buttermilk powder
  3. ¼ cup mayonnaise
  4. 1 tsp organic garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp dried parsley 
  6. 1 tsp dried dill 
  7. Fine Himalayan salt to taste
  8. Organic black pepper powder - to taste 
  9. ¼ cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, add the flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, milk powder, buttermilk powder, lime juice, and water, and stir until you have a well-combined batter.
  3. Break the head of cauliflower into florets, about 1 ½ inches wide. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Arrange the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  4. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, coconut oil, and honey and stir until evenly combined. Brush the buffalo sauce mixture on the cauliflower and bake for 20 minutes.

For ranch dressing:

  1. Mix the buttermilk powder, sour cream powder, and water in a bowl.
  2. Next add the remaining ingredients, mix well and serve.
