How to make Chaga tea for your Chaga Salad Dressing
- ½ gr of Chaga nuggets ( approximately 3 small nuggets)
- 10 oz of water
Bring to a gentle rolling boil for 20 minutes covered. This will be about 1 cup of Chaga tea.
Ingredients to make Chaga Salad Dressing
- ½ cup of chaga tea (this is the same tea you just made above!)
- 4 tbs coconut milk
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbs garlic
- 1 tbs ginger
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp white or black pepper
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 3 minutes.
This recipe has a certain spicy heat from the ginger and it can be turned down by putting in half the amount, but, if you like ginger, you will probably think it’s just right.
