Organic Sun Dried White Mulberries -- A True Superfood

White mulberries (non-GMO) are a rich source of resveratrol which is found primarily in red wine.

Mulberry fruits and leaves also contain a wide variety of vitamins, minerals and other important nutrients. Mulberry extract contains moranoline, which may delay the absorption of carbohydrates and may promote healthy glucose levels already within normal range. The anthocyanins in Mulberry are strong antioxidants and may provide cardiovascular protection, immune enhancement and stress reduction as potential health benefits.

The Amazing Benefits of Mulberries

Mulberry has long been used in traditional medicines. Among its many uses, it has been given as a tonic for kidneys, fatigue, anemia and weakness. Clinical research has shown that Mulberry might provide multiple health benefits, including encouraging healthy cellular replication and membrane stability; supporting healthy lipid (cholesterol); and controlling the digestion of carbohydrates.

We carry the white Turkish variety of organic raw mulberry which is shaken from the tree and sun-dried to optimize natural sweetness. Our whole white Turkish mulberries are 100% organic, raw, gluten-free, vegan and contain no preservatives.

By (Martinez, United States) on 19 March 2019 (Sun Dried White Mulberries - Organic) :

These little powerhouses are delicious. Slightly chewy in texture (as they are dried, not freeze dried), I use them most often when I make my own granola, but they are good right out of the bag too. When I bake them with my granola, they get a little crispier, which is nice too. Reordering!
