Turmeric Root Powder - Organic
Turmeric, a member of the ginger family, is native to India and one of humankind's oldest spices.
It has been used for centuries for its vibrant yellow color, often used to brighten both food and clothing.
The root is dried, ground, and sold as a powder with a slightly bitter, earthy flavor. Organic Turmeric Root powder is a source of dietary fiber, vitamin C, iron, magnesium, and other phytochemicals, including curcumin.
